We are looking for a self-motivated, energetic Relocation Specialist to help drive leads, engage potential customers, and assist in the automation of our client intake process. This role is ideal for individuals with a sales mindset who want flexible, supplemental income — including newer or entry-level real estate agents looking to sharpen their client-facing skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Answer inbound sales calls (calls routed to your line)
Collect customer information, moving details, and inventory using the Chariot software system
Input customer data accurately to support automation workflows
Manage follow-ups as needed to ensure a smooth handoff to the operations team
Maintain a flexible schedule to take calls when convenient — but success requires consistent hustle and availability
Communicate U-Relax Moving’s service offerings confidently and clearly to prospective clients
Qualifications:
Strong phone communication skills and professional demeanor
Self-starter attitude with the drive to earn on commission
Comfort using digital tools (Chariot software experience is a plus but can be trained)
Prior experience in sales, customer service, or real estate preferred but not required
Reliable internet connection and phone line
