Position Overview:
U-Relax is currently seeking dedicated and hardworking individuals to join our team as Movers. As a Mover, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient execution of local residential and commercial moves. This position requires physical fitness, attention to detail, and excellent customer service skills.
Responsibilities:
- Safely and efficiently load and unload furniture, boxes, and other items from trucks.
- Pack and unpack belongings with care to prevent damage during transit.
- Assemble and disassemble furniture as needed.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client concerns and ensuring a positive moving experience.
- Adhere to U-Relax’s safety guidelines and procedures to prevent accidents and injuries.
- Collaborate with other team members to coordinate tasks and complete moves in a timely manner.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, both on and off the trucks.
Qualifications:
- At least 18 years old.
- Valid driver’s license is a mandatory requirement.
- Working cell phone.
- Reliable transportation to work.
- Previous experience in professional moving services is preferred but not required.
- Ability to lift heavy items and perform physical tasks for extended periods.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Team player with a positive attitude.
- Flexibility to work on weekends or evenings as needed.

Worth Noting:
We DO NOT work nights. It is very rare we ever start a job after 5 pm. Majority of our work is completed between the hours of 8 am to 5 pm. Days vary based on job. There is no set hourly schedule. If you are looking for a consistent 9 to 5, this job is not for you.
