We used U Relax to move from Shrewsbury to York and had a great experience with the whole team. Mier, Bill, Angelo, and Daron(sp?) were great to work with and got everything moved safely and completed the job in exactly as much time as they quoted me for. Getting a quote was very quick and easy also using pictures of the house and furniture to give an accurate idea of the work. Price was very competitive and communication through the whole process was very clear and effective. Hopefully not moving again anytime soon, but would recommend the team with U Relax to anybody.

U-Relax personnel went out of their way to make the experience easier, and the move was to Ohio. The office always returned calls quickly and answered questions thoroughly. The team working on packing really worked as a team. It was a pleasure to have them around. I have not unpacked, but I liked what saw as they packed and loaded.

This is literally my THIRD TIME using URelax, and quite honestly, I would never even consider another company. They have handled two relocations and one short distance move. The organization, care, and professionalism is top tier. The team lead was strong and deliberate and the supporting team members move with the precision of tactical operatives. They were just as respectful of my time and items as they were each time before! Thank you all!

We needed some furniture moved from our basement to the first floor. From first call until the job was completed our experience with U-Relax was excellent. It was easy to schedule. The staff were all very responsive and professional. The job was completed today. The movers took time to clean up and helped position the furniture in just the right spot.

Mier and his team absolutely crushed my move today! They were all so incredibly kind, easy to talk to, and worked so hard. Everything was packed and unloaded with care and Mier was really amazing about staying in communication throughout the process. My parents were there to assist with the logistics and Mier and his team were so great about working with them as well!

In full transparency, I was a little nervous leading up to the move today as I wasn't sure how it would go. My experience before the move itself was frustrating to say the least. I had originally signed for a date and had to call two days before to push it back. The team was very flexible and understanding and worked with me to move it to Monday. On Monday I had an arrival time of 1-3 pm. 3 pm came and went, then 4, then 5, and finally was informed that movers would arrive by 540 pm. I did tell them I couldnt do that late in the evening because of my daughter. I hadn't planned for it to go until almost 9+ or later in the evening. I called several times during this delay and was continously assured they were "on the way" which was not the case. They then moved me to today, first thing this morning so no one would be late. Even said the team would arrive to the shop by 8am so they could be at my house by around 830. This was critical to me because I HAD to vacate the property by this afternoon. Well, 830 this morning came and went and after 2 or 3 calls to the office, I was finally put in touch with Mier who arrived with his team by 955. So, somewhere along the line, wires were crossed and the scheduling department and actual movers couldnt get on the same page which was very aggravating.

BUT I am now moved into my new home thanks to Mier and his team and I am very grateful that they were able to make a very frustrating situation into a seamless moving experience!
